About Me
Since qualifying in 2010, I have developed extensive experience working with Addiction, Autism, ADHD,
Neurodiversity, Disability, Chronic Illness, Marginalisation and Carer/Caring issues. I also support
people experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Relationship difficulties and general mental health and
wellbeing concerns. My psychology background further complements my practice, and I also work in
Disability and Marginalisation at a University and privately but was previously in the charity sector.
My approach is personalised, integrative, person-centred and holistic, allowing us to explore what’s troubling you and work together toward greater clarity and balance.
As a member of both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), I adhere to their codes of ethics and professional practice. I am fully insured and committed to providing a high standard of care.
It’s important to remember that it’s not only okay not to be okay — it’s completely normal. We all need support from time to time. In our sessions, you’ll be able to talk openly and confidentially about whatever is on your mind.
